We NEVER make any information about our customers available to anyone else. We never sell or trade our customer lists or names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, or any other personal information.

We do not send unsolicited commercial emails ("spam"). If you would like to be the first to hear about our special events and promotions, we invite you to join our mailing list.

Payments are processed through our secure servers. You may safely use your Visa or MasterCard for online, mail, and telephone payments.

Data sent through a secure server is encrypted, so it's actually safer to transmit your credit card information through the secure server than to give the number out over the telephone. But if you prefer to order by telephone, we are here and ready to take your order during regular business hours 9-5 Eastern.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING & SAMPLES

All tea orders are processed and shipped within six (6) business days. We take weekends off for our staff to be with their families. Expedited service may available upon request, depending on volume of orders that week.

Please remember that custom-blended teas AND samples are created and packaged to your specifications. We have no pre-made samples. Samples are $2.00 due to the volume of requests and time and effort into blending each per your specifications. Regrettably we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom-blended teas.

For other returns or if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately with your questions or for return instructions. Damage or other problems must be reported to us within two (2) business days of your receipt of the order.
