Can you (or I) break bags into tiny bags for me to give away as samples or resale? Mail it in one big bag so I can repackage? How about if I provide the bags? And can you leave the labels blank or add my name to them?

Our packaging is NSF approved, and food-safe. Our labels do not fit on smaller bags and by labeling laws we need to label everything we sell with ingredients and with business contact information. These are U.S. Department of Agriculture regulations as well. We no longer are allowed to add clients names to our labels. *Note: Private labeling is now available for the bag fronts. Please call for details. Our label will remain on the back with law abiding information. We have worked hard and long to choose and acquire our "look" and branding with a top marketing firm and all our products and designs are trademarked. We feel it could dilute our product to allow repackaging into something we have no say in, example: design, handling and safety, however all private label accounts need to be approved. Please understand.

Are you going to sell MY custom-blended tea to other customers?

No, we won't. Once you design a tea it becomes your tea. We keep a record of your name and the name and composition of the tea so you can re-order any time you like just by giving us a call. But we won't whisper the "recipe" it to anyone else... so tell your friends to call and design their own tea blends!

Okay, I want the custom blending. When do wholesale prices kick in?

The minimum purchase for wholesale pricing is one case, which equals forty (40) 4oz. bags. You can choose up to 4 flavors! (ten (10) 4oz. bags of each flavor)--Or flexible options that are tailored to your business requirements. Please call us for details.

Can I try several samples of blend combinations before actually buying it?

Because we are a hand made artisan tea, we really do custom-blend only when the tea is ordered, we keep no "stale" stock around for samples (unlike some tea companies who have samples of all their blends available at all times...yikes. Please call us for details on requesting FRESH made samples for a minimal fee.

Can I order a flavor I don't see listed?

Most likely yes. Call us -- we can make most any flavor combination imaginable. Holiday and other seasonal blends are ever changing. Watch specials and sign up for e-newsletters! Do you use natural or artificial flavors?

Here at Artisans Cup we use all natural flavors which means they are 100% derived from natural title material. Man *put together* but from naturally occurring material.  All *natural* flavors are coming from other natural sources, meaning it would contain at least one ingredient from a real cherry (or whatever flavor chosen) and other natural chemicals, not man made. For example; extracts, floral absolutes, distillates, juices and essence. All our flavors are coded "nature identical" in the USA.

We have recently added some artificial flavors to expand our offerings. A flavor list can be provided upon request.

Can I save time and order over the telephone?  Can I pick up my order at your Greensboro facility?

Saving time with a phone call, or have questions? Yes! Just call us! Eastern time 9-5p at 336-383-6835. Sorry, due to insurance, we cannot allow pickups at our commercial kitchen or personal residence. HOWEVER, all/any orders can be picked up at the Curb Side Farmers Market during May-July, Saturdays,  6AM-12PM with prepaid orders and arrangements made by calling us. Our booth location varies by week, so walk around until you see us during the months of May-July.

What about bulk and wholesale? I am opening a tea room or tea shop.

Yes! We would love to help you set up! As previous tea cafe and tea shop owners we feel we know what you need to get going. We can work with you in any amounts, additional colors, as well as items you don't see on our retail website ... including industrial water kettles for 6 to 60 cups!
